•  Delivery within 4 working days of placing the order – depending on availability of stock.

•  No exchange or refund will be taken once order placed. Refund of amount will be given only when OUT OF STOCK or product not shipped

•  Poojara Telecom will not be held liable for any delay or loss of ordered shipment.

•  You also hereby agree to state that you will not instruct the credit card companies or any other monetary transaction authorities advising them to obtain any refund from Poojara Telecom due to delay or loss which is beyond their control.

•  In the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e.wrong name or address or any other wrong info or recipient not present at time of delivery) any extra cost incurred by Poojara Telecom  for re-delivery shall be recovered from you.

•  The recipient is supposed to provide an id proof during the time of delivery. This is to avoid any misuse of our online channel. The handset would not be delivered if the id proof is not provided.

•  All handsets sold are under manufacturer’s warranty only, any defect / service issue should be reported to nearest brand service centre only.

•  All prices shown in website are Different then the our Outlets. Prices should not be compared as web prices are only for Online purchase.

•  All prices shown in website are Pre Vat 15%, Vat will be added at the time of billing cart.

•  Color choice of handsets to be mentioned clearly before placing the order, No exchange will be done after the order is placed and delivered.
