POOJARA SERVICE CENTRE:
Right from the inception we are into Servicing of the Product also. Initially Poojara Telecom started its operations with the repairing of Push-button telephone, cordless phone, musical instrument etc. Poojara Telecom started repairing of mobile phones with the rise of Mobile Era and unveiled the High-Tech Mobile Repairing Service Centre in 2002.
Mobile phones of many brands like Nokia, Samsung, LG, Sony Ericsson, BlackBerry, HTC, i-Phone, Micromax, Videocon and many more companies are being repaired in Poojara Telecom Pvt. Ltd. Poojara Telecom has developed extremely high-tech service centre well equipped with the latest technology and high-tech instruments with the help of Mr. Yogesh Poojara, owner of Poojara Telecom Pvt. Ltd, having in-depth knowledge of mobile repairing. Here we use extremely high-tech equipments like Ultrasonic Cleaner, Digital Oscilloscope, Digital Hot Iron, GSM Tester... to repair mobile phones and to give excellent solutions to the problems of mobile phones of customers. We have highly qualified & energetic team of 34 Engineers.
When any mobile comes for repairing, it is checked in front of the customers to establish maximum transparency in repairing and is also checked by camera in initial stage. Then after an estimation of repairing expenses is given to customers which includes Service Charges + amount of Parts + Repairing of most of the phones is done within a working day.
Repairing department in Poojara Telecom is divided into two parts:

Level 2 Service Centre (L2):
This department deals with the problems of Ringer, Speaker, Mike, Keypad, Display, Charging Socket etc by Online Repairing and Service.

Level 3 Service Centre (L3):
Major problems like repairing of Circuit, Changing or Re-balling IC, Software Repairing, Software Update and Unlocking, Hardware Tempered Phone... is handled by this department.
When any mobile phone comes for repairing we take a photograph of the current condition of PCB and save it in our system. Then we do necessary repairing and servicing in our high-tech service centre. We take another photograph of PCB after having done necessary repairing and servicing of the mobile phone. These photographs will be compared and shown to the customers at the time of delivery to make them understand what we have done to their mobile phone. We do not keep faulty parts of the repaired mobile phone; such parts will be returned to the customers. This is to assure the customers that the problem has been solved and necessary repairing is done.
REPAIRING PROCESS:
A phone passes through the four stages for repairing:

Receiving Counter:
When any mobile phone comes for repairing it will be received by this counter. Designated person will check the condition of the phone and will forward it to respective department for further process.

Level 2 / Level 3 Service Centre:
Depending on the type of problem necessary online repairing and servicing will be done in this department.

Quality Checking and Service:
After having done necessary repairing and servicing it will be checked by the highly qualified and well experienced team of engineers. They will check whether the repairing is done according to our predetermined standards.

Delivery Counter:
When it is approved by the team of Quality Checking it will be returned to the customers from this counter.
